Title: AgentPriority, any effect on rules?

Just a quick question: does AgentPriority affect the frequency with which Tinderbox acts on rules?  Or does it only affect agents?

Agent Priority has no direct effect on rules.

(If agents updates consume lots of time, then there's less time available for rules and so rules will be evaluated less frequently.  But that's a small, secondary effect.)

OK, thanks!

I recently populated a bunch of notes with Rules like

  Text=`myscript.py $MyAttribute

and found that my (admittedly, aging) system was having a hard time keeping up with the load.  I guess AutoFetchCommand is a better choice for these kinds of rules.

Try running the rule only if you need to

      Text |=`myScript $myAttribute

or one-shotting

     Text=`myOneTimeScript;Rule=;
