Title: Formating decimals
Post by Mark Paul on Apr 13th, 2009, 3:51pm

I've created a number of (number) attributes whose value is created by rules specifying calculations. Most of these show up in the results as decimal numbers. However, one is displayed in floating point.

To change this, I created an agent with a format action: format($ERA,2).

The agent finds the right notes but does not change the displayed values of the ERA to the decimal format.

Am I doing some wrong?

Cheers,

Mark Paul

Tinderbox 4.6 has a few difficulties with exponential notation, such as

    1.23e-6

These should be corrected in 4.6.3

Thanks. Glad it wasn't me. Tinderbox can be fixed; I'm probably beyond repair.
