Title: Automatically opening the last file(s) used?
Post by Alex Strick van Linschoten on Aug 14th, 2016, 3:00pm

I very vaguely remember (in the distant past) that Tinderbox used to open the last file(s) that you were working on when you reopened the programme after restarting the computer, perhaps.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, and perhaps this used to be a preferences setting or something?

In any case, I'm wondering if this is (still) possible?

Alex

It still does.  Turn off Close Windows When Closing App in System Preferences:General and you'll be all set.

Was Close Windows When Closing App retired when System Preferences was reworked? Cannot find in 7.0.1.

I think you're looking in Tinderbox's prefs not the OS System Preferences as stated up-thread? I've just checked OS 10.12.3's system Preferences/General and the setting is still there.
