Merge notes into a copy of parent

It would be useful to have a feature that is the opposite of Explode: merge the text of child notes into a copy of the parent.  The prototype of the merged note would be the prototype of the original parent, ignoring any prototype assignments for the children.  All paragraphs and styles of the children would be preserved in the new note.

("Collect" gets part of the way there.)

Take a look at this thread and using collect(). Planned changes to format should allow insertion of line break & tabs making formatting easier.

Including styled content would be harder and likely involve a new feature.
