Processing qualitative research data with TB

I found Tom Webster's webcast helpful in understanding practical ways to use Tinderbox to make sense of unstructured text such as transcripts:  bring the transcript into a note, explode, use agents to make a first pass at categorizing each piece of exploded text, drop the gathered aliases onto a sort map with adornments that assign color-coded specific topics that emerge in the process, then use "final sort" agents to gather (and count) by topic.  What starts as an inchoate mass ends up in a convenient form that can lead to insight and conclusion.
