aTbRef  - moving deprecated code notes
Feb 28th, 2012, 4:02pm

After discussion with Eastgate, I've migrated a number of notes relating to deprecated code out of the export and action code listings - most relate to export code.

I've also tried to remove instances of deprecated codes being used for examples. Part of the aim is that casual users won't see deprecated codes in the main listings and so not pick up bad habits when starting out. Conversely, I don't want to remove the articles entirely ass long term users may want references to update old code or users might be looking to understand old code snippets.

This sort of thing generally introduces some unexpected breakage in the doc/site and sheds a light on previously missed edge case. So, if you see anything broken, or code no longer possible without deprecated code do please let me know (on or off forum), I would like to know. Besides aTbRef, such deprecation should work through into the cookbook and main Help manual in due course.
