How do you get to the rules that govern a note

This used to be accessible in Rename. But now Rename seems to just highlight the name so that you can change.

I've looked through a number of menus such as Note and View and the Attribute Inspector but can't find it.

It's in the Actions inspector -- the right-most tab of the inspector.

A good general rule of Tinderbox 6: if you don't know where it is, it's probably in the Inspector!

A small v5 -. v6 nuance is that in v5 you clicked OK or hit the return key to start running the rule. In v6, when you move focus off the Action Inspector's Rule input box or hit Return while still in the box, then the rule will start to run.
