How to find crash/hang log files.
Jun 02nd, 2014, 3:55pm

Not everyone spends time poking under the hood of their Mac, so being asked by support to send log files for crash or hang (app not responding/force quit) events can cause confusion.

To help, I've made a little article explaining where these files are hidden: http://shoantel.clarify-it.com/d/rj37k9

The instructions apply to other apps, not just Tinderbox, so you might find it useful to have the article in PDF format.
