At this stage, it ended up being less of a hypertext and more of an animated storybook. I wanted to get the backbone of the story done first, the idea being to then introduce minor interactive elements after the core of the experience was complete (with potential to modify the narrative slightly, or perhaps introduce a secret ending). Of course, this is all very ambitious for 48 hours.

I've attached a PDF of the storyboard. I've also sent you an invitation to install the current draft on iOS. Importantly, the plan is to introduce changes in the swipe direction, which is why parts of the app may be hard to navigate currently. Am also planning to use sound libraries to add a dynamic soundtrack.

In the process of writing this, I first came up with an outline of the entire plot, then created the prose and design simultaneously. I'm not a designer or an artist, so this was  fun and challenging. Looking forward to working with artists/designers in the future to see what their take on designing for this space might be,

I believe that's all for now, can send over the completed project when ready if interested. Also thanks for proposing this 48 Hour Hypertext Challenge! It's been a great excuse to just let loose and create.
