TINDERBOX 11: NOTES FOR AI

Tinderbox now cooperates with Claude Desktop and other Artificial Intelligences to do more for you. Most significantly, AIs can use Tinderbox to take notes on their work, creating a powerful approach to long-term projects. You can also guide the AI to revise your own notes.

Tinderbox’s AI Integration is safe and sensible. At present, AIs are sometimes dishonest, lazy, and fatuous. So Tinderbox’s AI integration is only active when you tell it to be. AI assistance is ideal for roles where errors will not matter and where the AI’s depth of knowledge — Claude is astonishingly well read — can be used to good effect.

Getting Started

Choose Tinderbox ▸ Enable AI Integration to enable AI.
In Document Settings: General, enable AI integration in documents you want to share with Claude.
Choose File ▸ Built-In Hints to add its new AI notes. These include Readings for the AI to review at the start of a project, and NOTES that the AI takes for its future use.
