We’ve been hard at work on the foundations of Tinderbox, reinforcing systems you never see. Export is often much faster now in certain challenging documents. Making large selections works better, too. The complex dance that allows Tinderbox to utilize more of your Mac’s many processors is speedier and more dextrous.
AI
The Tinderbox-AI bridge has been reimplemented and re-instrumented for better reliability with a broader range of models. In addition, you can now provide Resources and Prompts to your AI models directly from Tinderbox notes in your Hints folder.
Attribute Browser
The attribute browser’s column now remember their widths, even if the list of columns is edited.
Export
HTML no longer encodes non-ASCII characters by default, and assumes a utf-8 character set.
HTM Export is now much faster for some long and challenging documents.
Arrow-drawing strategy is improved in tight corners, making maps look better.
